There's a lot of TM usages that don't make sense to me. Ratatta learning Thuder...and Blizzard? The 8 inch Azurill learns Surf?

Not virtually every Pokemon though. You can't teach it to the ones who can't learn TMs. =P

I'm not sure I want to be a Pokemon Master now...
WAIT
*capable* does not translate to *will on a regular basis*
I AM OKAY, I WILL CONTINUE MY QUEST

Maybe Jigglypuff was just brushing its teeth. With purple toothpaste. Yup.

Cruel Joke
I remember when my friends and I learned that a while ago. We determined that Toxic was another name for Pokemon AIDS.

But...
I bet Magikarp can't learn it.
Stupid little good-for-nothing fish that it is.

Let's fight back those poison pokemons in disguise with pokemons that can't learn Toxic!

Vespiquen
@bunny lover77 I think bees are the only real animal to be shown in the games, when Vespiquen uses any of her signature moves.

Clever.
I never thought of that before; clever...
I think my breloom is broken, then. It copied the move 'Ember' in Emerald.

@TTSky: That's a good point. :)
By the way, to the people who told me about Combee also being a bee pokemon, I only said Beedrill as a bee because it looks more like a bee than Combee. ^^

A pokemon master would sell that TM.Every pokemon can learn it,but there is a bad point:It sucks at accuracy.

@GreyoEori: Except it's the best move when stalling. Pick Clefable with Cosmic Power, Softboiled, Seismic Toss and Toxic, along with the ability Magic Guard, and you just stall the opponent's pokemon until Toxic kills it. Or you could pick a Snorlax with toxic and rest, everyone knows Snorlax takes a while to kill!

Interesting prospect
Those blasted machines always did confuse me. But let's not forget normal types, they can use so many making them the most versatile...
