Bumbazzle is an excellent artist and joke-teller, and I could never create anything so brilliant. The only reason I make these derogatory comments is because I am seething with jealousy. Also my parents never loved me, and the attention I get from such comments helps me feel noticed in my lonely life.

well several questions are asked about Cameron concerning what he does...
is he an old guy with a weird stalking hobby? is he some perve or a government agent?
the answer is:
he is an bald, old ninja who cannot seem to find anything more entertaining to do...

Theres also a guy in Pokemon ranger guardian signs who photographs pokemon. He asks you to look for a dunsparce as a quest, AND I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS HIM IN THE COMIC

SO many similarities.
He's like the cameraman from Earthbound!
He seemingly appears out of nowhere, and stalks 10-13 year old kids around to take pictures!
Plus they're both creepy.

Last strip from the Heartgold/Soulsilver games, and this one was just a small one I figured I could throw together before moving on from the subject.
Cameron is a photographer in HG/SS who appears here and there and takes photographs of you and your team. Some of his more unusual locations are the Slowpoke Well and Mt Silver. Which makes me wonder what places aren't beyond his reach.
Admittedly, Cameron isn't quite the renowned fellow, so this strip will probably be a stretch for plenty of people.
