Ice Heal is good in the shower incase someone flushes in an adjacent restroom and the water suddenly turns...freezing.
Furthermore, it makes good aftershave.
Too bad you can't just toss Ice Heal at Regice to damage it when your trying to catch it. I could understand regulations against doing so against other trainers if this was the result...

I thought it was good, although apparently a lot of your readers are retards who don't understand comics. There is no sense in comics, there needn't be a reason to have ice heal inconveniently placed next to some other crap. There need be no reason that he is using it. There need be no reason for ANYTHING. IT'S JUST FUNNY.

The ice heal is probably some kind of medicine he needs to take. You can take some medicine and live, but you probably don't want to pour it all over yourself.

Regirock can rebuild it's body from scratch more or less...though why soap would be damaging is beyond me.
Registeel's body is apparently made of some stronger material than adamantium, titanum, and depleted naquadah combined. That's pretty strong.
Regice's body is made out of ice from the last ice age, and probably coated with asbestos-given the fact that the damn construct ate my PP for my fire-type moves without even going into the orange.
And yes, my Blaziken was level 85.

Actually, the main concern for registeel would be corrosion, there's no relation between how much it corrodes and how strong it is, so it could be pretty bad.

Lol, you used Special attacks on Regice?
Regice's Special Defense is ABSURDLY high. Even a super-effective special attack won't do much to it.
My suggestion? USE PHYSICAL MOVES, STUPID.

Why Regice has high special defense
Ice Heal would indeed burn like crazy on Regice, but the reason Fire-type moves don't work too well on it is because, while the fire does melt the outer layer a bit, its body is so darn cold that it refreezes almost instantly. Any water lost to evaporation is regained by taking in the surrounding humidity (you do find it in a cave on the ocean...)

Maybe as a prank an other pokemon put the iceheal in the crystal polish and the crystal polish in the ice heal container.

Edit: Even though his hand is closest to the polish, it's Ice Heal he accidentally picked as it removes ice and frost. I thought it would be understood rather well, but it seems that I could have been better in that regard!
