Brink of Mentality

HAHAHA, I had always wondered why there was a four move cap. At least Anime wise Pikachu at any given point only seemed to know four moves. From what I've noticed he hasn't used Thunder in a billion eps. I may be wrong, but it looks like they adhere to that logic too.

Poor Alakazam. He and Mewtwo should go drinking.
Actually, Pikachu DID use Thunder in the first season when Team Rocket first recognized how strong he was. Since then, he was never able to use that much power anymore for he was a cheap rat and Ash was stupid enough to get rid of Thunder.

Pikachu got Volt-Tackle in during the Fire Red/Leaf Green season though, which is arguably stronger than Thunder. Never seems to take recoil though.
But there is the times of cheating, Thunder Armor anyone?
Pokédex lies anyway. Apparently a Houndoom burn is permanent and Gardevoir can make minature Black Holes. Seeing what 5th Gen says will be interesting.

Sadly this is so true. Metagross, too, is pretty smart but still can't learn the 5th move I want it to have... Even if he's more intelligent than supercomputer.

hmmmmm...
The anime seems to actually follow that rule. Remember Iron Tail?

I watched an episode of pokemon just to see if there was a move cap, and pikachu used 5 moves in the same battle -__-
Meh, move caps are so dumb OTL

Yeah, save Drake's Dragonite (Orange Islands) used Slam, Flamethrower, Water Gun, Thunderbolt and Hyper Beam all in one battle . . .

Do your research
You could have at least Googled what would be a respectable time on a 5x5 cube. I could beat the time in the comic pretty easily.
Other than that (which I feel obliged to comment about as a cuber) great comic!

I think the record is something like 1 min 3 secs for a 5x5. But I think seven minutes is still pretty good. If you don't look at directions on how to solve them, they are hard! And in the anime, they are getting a bit better with them only knowing 4 moves at a time. This is true in most of the new episodes now.

Rubik's cube
7 minutes is a long time to finish a Rubik's cube, even a 5x5 one. Alakazam should be able to do it in seconds.

"A Pokemon that can memorize anything. It never forgets what it learns -- that's why this Pokemon is so smart."
"Alakazam forgot Confusion!"

An honest inquiry, to say so myself.
Edit: Decreased the time for the cube and chess match as people kept referring me to human accomplishments.
